Next Schools

We are delighted that nearly all our Year 8 pupils secure places at their first choice of senior independent school. To support this we prepare our pupils carefully and thoroughly and have achieved a very good record for academic awards and other scholarships. In recent years these have included academic, art, drama, design & technology, music, sporting and all round awards. 

Schools awarding scholarships to our pupils in recent years include Ampleforth, Culford, Felsted, Framlingham, The Friends’, Oakham, Oundle, The International School in Cambridge, The King’s School Ely, The Leys, St. Mary’s and The Perse. 

Most of our pupils accept places at Cambridge independent schools with over half the year group transferring to The Leys. 

In September 2010 our Year 8 pupils took up places at eleven different schools, day and boarding, with the majority going to The Leys (38 pupils) and The Perse (10 pupils).
